Warren Chan

A graduate of the Osgoode Hall Law School, Warren practices in all areas of immigration law serving both individual and corporate clients. Warren provides services in English, Chinese and Korean.

When not in the office, Warren enjoys travelling and cheering on his kids at their various sports events and activities. He is also an enthusiastic but cautious skier.

Before Visa Law LLP, Warren practiced corporate, commercial and securities law at a well-regarded boutique law firm in Toronto. Warren obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association, Citizenship and Immigration Section and a contributor to the Canadian Bar Association Immigration Section, including its guide to the Canada-European Union (EU) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
